Refunds
You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided that you have not had access to more than one session, whether recorded or live, and request the refund before the second session. You lose your right to a refund if you do not submit your request before the second session or if the 14-day period from the payment date has expired, unless the law provides otherwise. Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
